Goodwill Offers to Help in Federal Investigation

Rockville, MD--When someone is having a hard time finding a job, either because of a disability, poverty, or lack of education and work experience, Goodwill Industries is there to help.
 
And today we have offered our help to the FBI in their investigation into the activities of a Dearborn, MI, organization that is wrongfully using the Goodwill name.
 
The organization known as Goodwill Charitable Organization is not affiliated with Goodwill Industries International or any of its member agencies.
 
We are committed to doing what we can to protect our organization, employees, and the people we serve. We are prepared to work with federal officials as they investigate any possible illegal activity that may be associated with the organization in question.
