Goodwill Community Foundation Provides Supplies to Students Across NC

This year the Goodwill Community Foundation (GCF) will distribute 5,000 school supply kits across more than 20 counties in eastern North Carolina as part of a partnership program with schools and youth programs. This is a demonstration of the GCF goal to create opportunities for a better life through supporting the academic success of children in eastern North Carolina, especially those living at or near poverty.

LA Goodwill Makes Special Vintage Fashion Available for Sale

Goodwill Southern California (Los Angeles) held a one-time, one-day only vintage clothing collection sale on Sunday, April 19 at its Community Enrichment Center at Fletcher Square in Los Angeles, CA. The overwhelmingly successful sale (the biggest in the Goodwill’s history) included thousands of pieces curated since the agency was established in 1916, including iconic items from nearly every era of fashion ranging from the late 1800s through the 1980s.
